Hi! I’m Julia Ennis a 16-year-old junior at Wildwood High School living in the small shore town of Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. When I’m not baking, you can usually find me surfing, playing basketball, or hanging out with my friends and family. But somewhere between the beach days and game days, I discovered something important, people get very happy when you hand them a really good cookie. What started as baking a batch for my friends quickly turned into a Sunday night tradition. Before long, my cookies were turning dreaded Mondays into something to actually look forward to which might be my greatest accomplishment yet! Seeing how much joy something so simple could bring made me think, why stop at just my friends? With the full support of my amazing mom and after a lot of research and planning, voilà Crest Cookie Company was born. I hope my cookies bring a little extra sweetness to your day, too.
